Hello Patients and Friends!
Here’s some noteworthy news for you to check out!
- Silver Jubilee?: (I think that’s what it’s called.) This week marks my 25th year in practice! (I’m 49 years old if you’re wondering.) I can still honestly say that I love what I do and wouldn’t change my health care paradigm for any reason. I hope for another great 25 years!
- Parking: You’ll see some extra parking spaces at the very back of the office which we, (“the staff”) will be using, past where Chrissy typically parks. So now we will have those four spots open for patients – meaning ten total plus the one paved in the front for anyone who needs to use the ADA spot.
- Office Trail: The trail is always open and many of you have been enjoying that. It’s now marked with some white paint if you (meaning Maddie), didn’t realize that giant fallen tree marking the turn to head back up the hill. Luckily Maddie was only lost for three days before finding her way back. The trail goes from behind the swing set to behind the well house in the back of the parking lot.
- New Podcast: My newest podcast is now available here. This one is about “Your Hammies” – meaning your hamstrings. So many people have tight hamstrings or calves yet that’s not usually where the issue is coming from. Have a listen!
- Covid (?) and Allergies: Was that another Covid variant going around the past couple months or not? Hard to say but we’re still seeing Astragalus and Elderberry help a lot for whatever that virus was. For the “gunk” that many people had or still have for days and weeks after, glycine still works great. That protocol can be found under the Immune Page at this link.
- Under the Medicine Cabinet link you’ll see protocols to help you with allergies (our lovely pollen season). Most people feel better with either Antronex OR Cyruta Plus. Cyruta Plus is natural quercetin so you can use either as the sheet notes but typically for allergies we see that people like to either chew up a bunch of Cyruta Plus OR a bunch of Antronex as needed. You can’t overdose on either so use as needed. Cataplex C can also help as a natural antihistamine too.
- Misc: This SHC Page now has the past newsletters on it too along with the podcast link, Standard Process ordering (direct) page, as well as other notable links.
- SHC in 2023 & 2024: As you may have heard, my daughter Makayla is getting married in one month (May 1st). Her soon-to-be-husband, Zach, is also in chiropractic school with her, but he is eight months ahead of her. Zach will be interning in the SHC office in September, and then he will join the Systems Health Care practice in January 2024 with Dr. Schuler and me. Makayla will be in the office in August of 2024. Both Zach and Makayla are already amazing at applied kinesiology and SHC techniques.
I hope to see you soon!
