What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, (such as to make a comment on a post/article or in the Forum), or subscribe to our newsletter.

When commenting or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name and/or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send content, questions, or ideas to Systems Health Care by email. It also does not protect you if you choose to voluntary offer personal information anywhere on the site.  If you want to keep your information private or proprietary, do not send this in an email to Systems Health Care or post your information anywhere on the Systems Health Care site. We try to answer every email within 48 business hours, but are not always able to do so.

How do we protect your information?

Any personal information you choose to submit is entirely at your own risk, though steps are taken to secure transactions. Purchases made through this site are transmitted to the secure site, easyme.biz and Stripe, as well as Paypal.

Do we use cookies?

Yes, cookies are used by various programs on this site (such as Google Analytics) to help us statistically monitor how many people are using our website, (and their IP addresses), pages they view, and  they are also used to facilitate a user’s log-in, as navigation aides, and as session timers. Cookies are not used to retain Personal Health Information about you.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, providing newsletter marketing services, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
